Follow up on application progress and communicate outstanding requirements. Maintain an agreed tracker covering submissions, pending items and payer-confirmed participation or effective dates.
Network acceptance and processing timelines remain subject to payer decisions.
Track assigned renewal requirements and support recredentialing or revalidation submissions. Coordinate changes to addresses, practice locations, affiliations and other demographic information within the agreed scope.
Support electronic funds transfer (EFT) and electronic remittance advice (ERA) enrollment with payers or their designated platforms. Coordinate required forms and authorized approvals, track processing and assist with enrollment status questions.
Bank details and financial authorization remain under the practice’s control.
